Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows,St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds

Exotic Pets / Animals: Including, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas, etc.) Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds.
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
- Maximum weight limit of 90 lbs. per pet.
- A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required. Additionally there is $40 pet rent for the first pet and and additional $20 pet rent for the second, per month.
