We stand with all of the peaceful protesters and the ideals for which you are fighting, and we are inspired by your courage and your passion especially in the midst of these challenging times. Many of our own Mission Rockers are also activating for this important cause, and we as an organization support this cause and its ideals.

Our company was founded in 2012 with a focus on providing safe homes for our residents without regard to religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, gender identity, citizenship, disability, color, or race.  We fulfill that promise at each of our communities day in and day out, but we will strive to do more. We will raise the bar by expanding the definitions of “safe” and “community” through our accountability to diversity, equity, inclusion, and cultural competence.

Mission Rock Residential To Assume Management Of ‘The Quarry Townhomes’ In San Antonio

DENVER, CO – September 26, 2017 - Mission Rock Residential, a Denver-based property management company, is continuing to expand its presence in the state of Texas, today announcing a new management contract for The Quarry Townhomes, a luxury residential community in San Antonio’s Alamo Heights neighborhood.

The new property management agreement comes alongside the acquisition of the property by Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments, a national multi-family real estate investor based in San Francisco with more than $2.8 billion in assets. This is the sixth property now under the management of Mission Rock in the San Antonio market.

“These townhomes are simply stunning. Our growing Texas property portfolio is really taking off, and we couldn’t be more excited. I am confident that The Quarry’s current residents will really enjoy this new ownership and management partnership, and our joint impact on their residential experience,” said Meredith Wright, the Executive Vice President of the Eastern Region for Mission Rock Residential.

The community includes 150 rental units ranging from one to three bedrooms in size. Each unit comes with a one or two car garage, attached, and all homes have been updated with luxury finishes and features in recent years. Additionally, the bedrooms in these townhomes are larger than average, for the market, and also offer walk-in closets throughout. The community offers a fitness center, a lush pool and central garden, and gated access. It is located immediately adjacent to The Quarry Golf Course and next door to the Alamo Quarry Market, one of San Antonio’s hottest retail destinations.

The San Antonio market has recently been named one of the best metro areas for Millennials in the nation, and tops in Texas, according to apartment rental marketplace Apartment List. The city scored very high in its ‘livability’ factor, one of the most important decision factors of movers today.
