- Maximum Pets per Apartment: 2
- Pet Fee per Pet: $300 (non refundable)
- Monthly Pet Rent per Pet: $40.00
- Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Malamutes, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Chow Chow, German Shepherds, Huskies, St. Bernard's, Great Danes, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
