When you submit a written service order, our maintenance team will connect with you within 24-hours to address the issue. If you do not receive a response to your service order you will receive a rent credit for each day we do not respond.
Within 30-days of moving into an apartment, if you are not satisfied with your new apartment home, we will make every accommodation to improve your satisfaction. In some cases, you may be released from your lease obligation. Your satisfaction is our goal!
If you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your apartment we will assist you at no charge during business hours. Between close of business and until 11pm there will be a nominal fee for all lock-out responses. After 11pm it will be the responsibility of the resident to call a locksmith.
