General Questions
You can schedule an in-person tour with our friendly leasing team on our website, or by giving us a call!
Every person over the age of 18 who wishes to tour the community will need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
Our non-refundable application fee is $50/applicant. This fee covers the cost to run your application, including the credit and background screening and any income verifications that may be required.
We offer lease options from 6-14 months!
Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage throughout your residency. Please view our Renter's Insurance page for more information.
Rent, Payments, & Fees
We offer a convenient way to pay your rent online via the Rent Café Resident App! Through the app, you can choose to pay via ACH bank transfer, or via credit/debit card.
Currently there are no utilities included in the rental rate.
The standard, refundable security deposit is $150/1 bedroom and $175/2 bedroom with approved credit, due when your application is approved. An additional deposit may be required, up to one full month’s rent, determined by application screening results. Any additional deposits will be due at move-in.

Policies & Procedures
Yes! In an effort to promote clean air and safety for our residents, employees, and visitors, we are a fully smoke-free community.
While we encourage you to make your space feel like home, permanent structural changes or upgrades are not permitted. However, you are more than welcome to personalize your apartment with non-permanent decor that aligns with our community guidelines.
Application Process
All applicants over the age of 18 must complete an application form, pay the application fee, and are required to pass a background and credit screening as well as complete an income verification.
Yes, a credit and background screening are a required part of our application process.
Resident Support
You can easily submit a maintenance request via the Rent Café Resident App, or by reaching out to our leasing team via phone or email.
Our Leasing team speaks both English and Spanish.
