Most applications are processed within 30 minutes to one hour after all required documentation has been submitted. Processing times may vary based on verification requirements and application volume.
Applicants with limited credit history or lower credit scores may still qualify. Depending on the results of the screening process, an additional security deposit may be required. Our leasing team is happy to discuss your specific situation and answer any questions.

Yes! Environs offers flexible lease terms to accommodate a variety of living situations. Short-term leases are available, with the shortest lease term being three months. Please note that shorter lease terms may be subject to higher monthly rates.
Applicants must have a combined gross monthly income of at least two times the monthly rent.

Packages are delivered directly to each resident's home for added convenience. Residents can receive shipments from major carriers right at their doorstep.
Residents can enjoy the community pool seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing plenty of time to relax and unwind. The clubhouse is open during regular business hours and offers a welcoming space to connect with neighbors or meet with the leasing team.

While we do not have dedicated on-site bicycle storage or repair stations, residents are welcome to store their bicycles within their private garages or personal patios.
While we do not feature an on-site dog park or pet washing station, our community is surrounded by great local parks and outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying with your pet.

Routine maintenance requests can be submitted online anytime through the resident portal, and our team will respond within 24 hours. For urgent situations, we provide 24/7 emergency maintenance support to ensure you are always taken care of.
For standard, non-emergency service requests, our maintenance team typically addresses and resolves the issue within 72 hours. We work hard to ensure every routine request is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We keep our residents informed by sending timely updates and maintenance notices directly via email or through printed notices delivered to your home.

Residents can conveniently pay rent and other monthly balances online through our secure resident portal, or by submitting certified funds directly to the leasing office.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late if not paid by this date. To provide our residents with flexibility, late fees are not applied to the account until after the 9th of the month.
Our community is proudly 100% smoke-free. To ensure a healthy and clean environment for everyone, smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited in all homes, balconies, and common areas.
We strive to maintain a peaceful, comfortable community for all our residents. In the event of a lease violation or noise complaint, our management team will issue an initial warning, followed by a formal demand if the issue is not resolved.
To request a transfer, residents will need to complete an inspection of their current home, submit a new security deposit, and provide updated proof of income. Please reach out to the leasing office to get the transfer process started!
If you need to terminate your lease agreement early, our community requires a buyout fee equivalent to one month of rent. Please contact the leasing team directly to discuss the required notice period and complete the necessary paperwork.
