General Questions
Oxford Station is located in the quiet Jason Park neighborhood of Englewood, and just across the street from River Point Plaza where you can find convenient shopping such as Target and Costco, along with chain dining including Chili’s, Perry’s Pizzaria and Brewery, and Chic-fil-a. Local restaurants are just a short 10 minute drive away in Downtown Littleton and South Broadway.

Application Process
When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents handy for a smoother application process: a U.S. government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and proof of employment (such as paycheck stubs or an official offer of employment letter).
We don’t screen applications on a specific credit score, but more of a broad credit history including length of credit, debt to income ratio, and collections or balances owed to a previous landlord. Depending on credit results, and additional deposit of half a month of rent or a full month of rent may be required.
Oxford Station partners with The Guarantors to offer applicants a quick and easy option to help guaranty their lease.
Oxford Station offers 3-13 month lease terms with the option of MTM at the end of your current lease. Rates will vary depending on length of lease.
Combined household income must be at least 2x the base monthly rent.

Resident Support
Service requests are typically completed within 48 hours with maintenance emergencies at the highest priority. Oxford Station also offers 24/7 emergency on-call maintenance response.
Our office sends out mass communication via email and posted notices to each door as well as the elevator lobbies.

Residents can easily pay their rent through the RentCafe portal and set up autopay for peace of mind.
Residents have until the 8th of each month to pay rent without accruing late fees. Rent is considered late on the 9th and late fees are posted.

Policies & Procedures
Oxford Station follows the City of Englewood’s noise ordinance with quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
Oxford Station is a non-smoking community. Residents or guests that choose to smoke must step off-site.
Our office address complaints and violations through general policy reminders, notices, and Demands if needed.
Residents can transfer homes as long as they have lived in the current apartment for at least 6 months and have 12 months of no late payments (or whichever comes first). Residents must provide a 60-day notice and a new deposit is required (current deposit is refundable).
60-day notice and liquidated damages in the amount of one month’s rent. Concessions must also be repaid if applicable.
