Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Standard Monthly Costs

• Conservice Billing Fee: $3.70
• Pest Control: $2.00
• Valet Trash: $20.00

Optional Monthly Costs

• Pet Rent: $35.00
• Garage: $125.00
• Additional Parking/Reserved Parking/ParkM: ParkM $8.00 monthly
• Master Policy Insurance: $10.00 (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance)

Variable Monthly Costs

Utilities may be calculated based on a formula or allocation method.

One-Time Charges

• Pet Deposit: $300.00 (if applicable)

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)

Applicant has the right to provide Dove Valley with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Dove Valley with a PTSR, Dove Valley is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Dove Valley to access or use the PTSR
