- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
- $400 pet deposit (of which $200 is non-refundable) for 1 pet and $600 pet deposit (of which $300 is non-refundable) for 2 pets
- $25 per month pet fee for 1 pet and $50 per month for 2 pets
