Rent, Payments, & Fees
Utilities are not included in the rent.
Yes. Security deposits range depending on your floor plan layout. Deposits are $200 for a one-bedroom, $250 for a two-bedroom, and $300 for a three-bedroom apartment.
Amenities & Resident Services
Residents enjoy a variety of community and apartment amenities, including a modern clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, coffee bar, business center, BBQ grilling area, dog park, garages, valet trash service, and controlled access entry. Apartment homes feature spacious closets, granite countertops, hardwood-style flooring, energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, private patio or balcony, soaking tubs, and pet-friendly living.
Yes! At Oro Stone Oak, we utilize Parcel Pending for all package acceptance.
Oro Stone Oak does not have an amenity fee.
Parking & Transportation
We offer two different parking options. Choose between our carports or garages!
Absolutely! You can make the ultimate "power move" right at home. We have dedicated EV charging stations.
Here at Oro Stone Oak, we do not charge for on site parking.
Pets
Absolutely! We don't just "accept" pets—we welcome them with open paws. Whether they have four legs, a wagging tail, or a loud purr, your furry roommates are an official part of the community here. We can’t wait to meet our newest "fur-esidents!"
You can have up to two (2) pets per household

Policies & Procedures
Yes! Oro Stone Oak is a proud smoke-free community.
Yes, residents may make certain changes or upgrades to their apartment; however, the apartment must be restored to its original condition prior to move-out.
We allow for patio furniture and live plants.
Application Process
Six months of rental and employment history are required. If you’ve been in your current job less than a month, we can accept an offer letter. Income must be three times the rent (gross) with recent pay stubs, and credit and criminal screenings are conducted. Please read through all of the rental criteria prior to submitting your application.
Yes, we run both a criminal background checks and credit checks.
The deposit is due upon application approval.
Resident Support
Residents can submit maintenance request via the resident portal, by calling the office, or by stopping in person during business hours.
Maintenance respond to after hour emergencies.
Oro Stone Oak hosts monthly events. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors!
