Rent, Payments, & Fees
Utilities are not covered. Residents are responsible for water, sewer, trash, gas and electric.
The standard security deposit at Silver Spring is $250.00 on approved credit. If screening results come back conditional, then an additional half month to a full month deposit is required.
Amenities & Resident Services
Pool, playground, dog park, daycare, laundry rooms and basketball court. Coming soon- 24-hour fitness center, full office renovation, sports court with several games, BBQ Areas.
Silver Spring does not have any package acceptance in office. However, stay tuned for future upgrades!
There is no Amenity Fee. Residents have access to all property amenities free of charge!
Parking & Transportation
At Silver Spring we offer assigned covered carport or any open unassigned parking for any additional vehicles or guests.
Our parking spots are currently 'analog'—no charging cables here, but plenty of room for your ride!
Yes, there is a monthly $40.00 parking fee.
Pets
Silver Spring is proud to be a pet friendly community! Please see our breed restrictions for more information.
A “Pair of Pals" – Silver Springs allows for up to two pets
To ensure we have everything we need, you will need to provide a pet photo and vet records.
Policies & Procedures
Yes, Silver Spring is proud to be a 100% smoke-free community.
Changes or upgrades to the apartment need to be submitted to management and approved. If it’s reasonable accommodation, a reasonable accommodation form will need to be filled out.
At Silver Spring, we allow the following: Patio table, chairs, planters and appropriate decorations that do not alter the structure or building. These must stay within their balcony area and not attached to the buildings or hanging over the patio ledges. Holiday decorations must be taken down after the holiday season.
Application Process
The Household is required to make 2.5% times the base rent amount.
Yes. This will determine how they qualified based on the results of both screening processes.
The Holding Deposit is due upon approval.
Resident Support
This can be done through their resident portal, by calling the office, sending an email, or stopping by the office to report in person.
Silver Spring has a 24- hour emergency maintenance line, that is on-call 7 days a week including holidays. After hours, your call will be directed to our emergency line and a member of our team will reach out as soon as possible.
Yes, we host a monthly resident event. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors and explore the community!
