Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Standard Monthly Costs

  •  Conservice Billing Fee: $5.00

Optional Monthly Costs

  • Pet Rent: $35.00 (per pet)
  • Garage: $95.00
  • Master Policy: $7.00

Variable Monthly Costs

Utilities may be calculated based on a formula or allocation method.

  • Holding Deposit: $99.00
  • Satellite Dish Deposit: $150.00
  • Application Fee: $45.00 (per applicant)
  • Pet Fee: $300.00 for 1, $500.00 for 2
  • Conservice New Account Fee: $5.00
  • Conservice Final Billing Fee: $5.00

Situational Fees

  • Payment Processing Fee: FREE when paid through ACH
  • Payment Alternative Processing Fee: $3.95 - $9.95 for debit card, 2.92% for credit card
  • Late Fee: 5% of rent
  • NSF Fee: $25.00/occurrence
  • Vacant Service Fee: $50.00/occurrence
  • Legal/Eviction Fees: Varies
  • Lease Termination Fees: Equivalent of 1 Month's Rent
  • Additional Deposit (If Applicable | Refundable): Up to One Month's Rent
