Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

  • Conservice Utility Billing Fee (Required): $4.65/month - Paid to Community
  • Water/Sewer Billing Fee (Required): 9% of monthly billed water and sewer charges - Paid to Community
  • Valet Trash (Required): $25.00/month - Paid to Community
  • Package Locker Fee (Required): $15.00/month - Paid to Community
  • Pest Control (Required): $5.00/month - Paid to Community

Optional Monthly Costs

  • Pet Rent (If Applicable): $25.00/month per pet, maximum 2 pets - Paid to Community
  • Flex Membership (If Applicable): $14.99/month - Paid directly to Provider
  • Reserved Parking (If Applicable): $125.00/month - Paid to Community
  • Garage Rent (If Applicable): $200.00/month - Paid to Community
  • Liability Insurance (If Applicable): $10.00/month - Paid to Provider
