Looking for a pet-friendly apartment community? Look no further! As one of the few pet-friendly communities, we proudly allow cats and dogs at Fields on 15th Apartment Homes. Now your pet has the opportunity to relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your new home.

Pet Policy & Restrictions

  • Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bull Dogs, Karelian Bear Dogs, and any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
  • Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas
  • Exotic Pets / Animals: Including, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas, etc.) Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds.
  • Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
  • Maximum of both pets combined must be 100 lbs. or less
  • Deposit of $400 for the first pet. ($200 of this is refundable). Deposit of $250 for the second pet. ($100 of this is refundable). 
  • Monthly pet fee of $40 per pet
