Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

• Pet Rent: $35.00/month - Paid to Community
• Garage: $135.00/month - Paid Directly to Community
  • Guest Parking: $5.00/night - Paid Directly to Provider

Variable Monthly Costs

Utilities may be calculated based on a formula or allocation method.  

• Electricity (Required): Varies based on usage - Paid directly to provider

One-Time Charges

• Holding Deposit (Required | Refundable): $350.00/apartment - Paid to Community
  • 1- Bedroom: $600.00
  • 2- Bedroom: $700.00
  • 3- Bedroom: $800.00
  • 4- Bedroom: $900.00
• Pet Deposit (If Applicable | Refundable): $300.00/apartment - Paid to Community
• Application Fee (Required Non-Refundable): $21.00/applicant - Paid to Community

Situational Fees

• Payment Processing Fee: FREE when paid through ACH
• Payment Alternative Processing Fee: Varies - Paid directly to provider
• Late Fee: 5% of rent balance or $50.00 (whichever is greater)/occurrence - Paid to Community
• NSF Fee: Resident Cost $20.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
• Vacant Service Fee: Resident Cost $20.00/occurrence, Owner Cost $20.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
• Legal/Eviction Fees: Varies - Paid to Community
• Liquidated Damages: Varies - Paid to Community
• Additional Deposit (If Applicable | Refundable) - Up to Two Month's Rent - Paid to Community

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)

Applicant has the right to provide Fields on 15th with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Fields on 15th with a PTSR, Fields on 15th is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Fields on 15th to access or use the PTSR
