• Valet Trash (Required): Resident Cost $21.25/month, Owner Cost $11.00/month - Paid to Community

Optional Monthly Costs

• Pet Rent: $35.00/month - Paid to Community
• Master Policy Insurance: Resident Cost $10.00/month, Owner Cost $7.00/month (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance) - Paid to Community
• Parking Permit: $15.00/month (limit 1 per lease holder) - Paid Directly to Provider
• Covered Carport: $50.00/month - Paid to Community
• Private Single-Car Garage: $150.00/month - Paid to Community
• Storage: $50.00/month - Paid to Community
• Package Locker: $30.00/one-time, $3.00/day storage fee - Paid directly to Provider
