Renter's Insurance
Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Standard Monthly Costs
- Conservice Billing Fee (Required): $4.50/month - Paid to Community
- Internet/Cable (Required): $99.00/month - Paid to Community
- Pest Control Fee (Required): $2.00/month - Paid to Community
Optional Monthly Costs
- Pet Rent: $20.00/month - Paid to Community
- Master Policy Insurance: $10.00/month (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance) - Paid to Community
Variable Monthly Costs
Utilities may be calculated based on a formula or allocation method.
- Sewer (Required): Varies - formula, ratio billing, and usage - Billed by Third Party

One-Time Charges

- Satalite Dish Depositt (If Applicable | Refundable): $150.00/apartment - Paid to Community
- Pet Fee (If Applicable | Non-Refundable): $300.00/apartment - Paid to Community

Situational Fees
- Payment Alternative Processing Fee: Varies - Paid directly to provider
- Late Fee: 10% of rent balance or balance (whichever is greater)/occurrence - Paid to Community

- Replacement Devices: $50.00/occurrence - Paid to Community

- Lease Termination Fee: Equal to Two Month's Rent - Paid to Community
- Reletting Fee: Equal to One Month's Rent - Paid to Community
- Additional Deposit: Additional Deposits (if applicable) shall not cause the total Security Deposit to exceed Two (2) Months' Rent - Paid to Community
