General Questions
You can schedule an in-person tour with our friendly leasing team on our website, or by giving us a call!
Every person over the age of 18 who wishes to tour the community will need to bring a valid government-issued photo ID. To apply for one of our available apartment homes, you’ll need to complete our application process online, which includes providing proof of income and consenting to a credit and background screening.
Our non-refundable application fee is $95/applicant. This fee covers the cost to run your application, including the credit and background screening and any income verifications that may be required.
We offer both short-term and long-term lease options from 7-15 months!
Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. We require you to list the community as an 'Additional Interested Party' on your policy, which may eliminate the need for you to update us any time changes are made to your policy. Rent, Payments, & Fees
Residents have two convenient options for submitting rent payments. Payments may be made online through your RentCafe resident portal, or drop off a payment at the office in the form of a cashier check, check or money order. As a kind reminder, all payments received in the office will incur a $15 processing fee
No, utilities are not included in the rent
Yes. Security deposits vary by floor plan and qualification results. One-bedroom apartments require a $150 security deposit, two-bedroom apartments require a $250 security deposit, and three-bedroom apartments require a $350 security deposit. Please note that final deposit amounts are subject to qualification approval.

Our community offers Fetch Package, a service that allows residents to receive and manage their deliveries conveniently.
Yes! For a one-time fee of $147, residents enjoy full access to all of our amazing amenities here at The Springs at Georgetown.

While we don’t have EV stations yet, we’re always looking for ways to enhance our community amenities!

Policies & Procedures
Yes, The Springs at Georgetown is proud to be a 100% smoke-free community.
Any changes need to be submitted in writing for manager approval. We’ll explore the possibilities, however, please note the apartment is required to be returned to its original condition at move out.
Approved patio furniture, and seasonal decoration are welcome. We ask that you please remove seasonal decorations at the end of each season. Be advised, barbecue pits are not permitted at any time.
Application Process
Six months of rental and employment history are required. If you’ve been in your current job less than a month, we can accept an offer letter. Income must be three times the rent (gross) with recent pay stubs, and credit and criminal screenings are conducted.
Yes, The Springs at Georgetown conducts background and credit checks for all individuals 18 or older.
The deposit is due upon approval. Lock in your new home today!
