Application Process
When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents handy for a smoother application process: a U.S. government issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and proof of employment (such as paycheck stubs or an official offer of employment letter).
Most applications are processed within 24–72 hours, depending on how quickly all required documents and verifications are received.
Credit history is reviewed as part of the application process. Applicants with limited or lower credit may still qualify and may be subject to additional deposit requirements.
Yes, guarantor options may be available for applicants who do not independently meet the qualification requirements.
We offer lease terms ranging from 6–15 months for new residents. Renewal options include month-to-month and lease terms up to 13 months, subject to availability.
Combined household income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly base rent.

Yes! Our business center includes two computers, a printer, a conference room, and two private micro-offices available 24/7.
Deliveries are securely stored in our package room, which is controlled through ButterflyMX access. Refrigerated storage is also available for grocery deliveries, meal kits, medications, flowers, beverages, and other temperature-sensitive items.
The pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The clubhouse and fitness center are available 24/7.
Our fitness center features treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights, and strength-training equipment. Residents also enjoy an outdoor yoga lawn with a covered workout area and tire-flip training equipment for outdoor fitness activities.

We offer on-site parking as well as carports for rent!
Guest parking is available in designated areas near the leasing office for visitors.

The nearest WeGo bus stop is approximately 3.6 miles from the community. Statler McCain’s Station is conveniently located near the Vietnam Veterans Boulevard (TN-386) bypass, providing easy access throughout Gallatin and the greater Nashville area.
We allow one vehicle per licensed occupant and for any additional vehicles residents must purchase a reserved carport spot.
Pets
Yes. We offer an on-site dog park and conveniently located pet waste stations throughout the community.
A maximum of two pets is permitted per apartment home.

Residents and their pets enjoy nearby outdoor spaces including Triple Creek Park, Bledsoe Creek State Park, and various pet-friendly retailers and services throughout Gallatin.
Resident Support
Residents can submit service requests online, through the resident app, by email, or by phone. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Non-emergency service requests are typically addressed within 24–48 hours, though turn-around-times can vary depending on the complexity of the request. Residents will always receive an initial, immediate notification to confirm receipt of their request.
Residents are notified through email communications, text messages, and door notices when applicable.
Rent, Payments & Fees
Residents can make payments online through Bilt using a debit card, credit card, or bank account. Payments may also be made in the leasing office with a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order.
Rent is considered late after the 5th of each month. A late fee equal to 10% of the base rent will apply. If the 5th falls on a Sunday or recognized holiday, payments will be accepted on the next business day.
Policies & Procedures
Residents are expected to be respectful of their neighbors and shared spaces. Community quiet hours and amenity guidelines are outlined in the lease and community policies.
Statler McCain’s Station is a smoke-free community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property.
All lease violations and noise concerns are addressed promptly, professionally, and in accordance with community policies.
Residents may request an on-site transfer after six months of residency. A $500 transfer fee applies, and all transfer qualifications and approval requirements must be met.
Early lease termination requires a 60-day notice, a termination fee equal to two months' rent, and repayment of any concessions received during the lease term.
