Rent, Payments, & Fees
Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Residents are responsible for electric, and optional services such as cable/internet.
The standard security deposit at Woodspring Apartments is $500.00 on approved credit. If screening results come back conditional, then an additional half month to a full month deposit is required.
Amenities & Resident Services
At Woodspring we offer a variety of amenities such as a Fitness Center, Dog Park, and a BBQ area. Coming soon we have a Playground, scheduled for completion in the fall of 2026!
At Woodspring we have Amazon lockers and parcel boxes for your convenience.
There is no Amenity Fee. Residents have access to all property amenities free of charge!
Parking & Transportation
We provide one assigned covered carport free of charge with your apartment. Any uncovered parking spots are available for additional vehicles or guests.
Our parking spots are currently 'analog'—no charging cables here, but plenty of room for your ride!
There are no parking fees at Woodspring Apartments! Your assigned carport is included in your rent, and there is no fee for the open parking.
Pets
Woodspring Apartments is proud to be a pet friendly community! Please see our breed restrictions for more information.
Woodspring Apartments allows for up to two pets.
You will need to provide a photo and vet records for each pet.
Policies & Procedures
We are proud to be a smoke free community!
Changes or upgrades to the apartment need to be submitted to management and approved. If you need a modification to accommodate a disability, we are happy to provide you with a Reasonable Accommodation form.
At Woodspring, we allow the following: patio table, chairs, planters and appropriate decorations that do not alter the structure or building. These must stay within their patio/balcony area and may not be attached to the buildings or hanging over the patio/balcony edges. Holiday decorations must be taken down after the holiday season.
Application Process
The Household is required to make 1.5% times the monthly rent amount.
Yes. Income plus verified credit history will be entered into a credit scoring model to determine rental eligibility and security deposit levels. A criminal background check will also be conducted for each applicant.
The Deposit is required to hold an apartment. It is due at the time of application.
Resident Support
Maintenance request can be done through the resident portal, by calling the office, sending an email, or stopping by the office to report in person.
Woodspring Apartments has 24- hour emergency maintenance that is on-call 7 days a week including holidays. After hours, your call will be directed to our answering service and a member of our team will reach out as soon as possible.
Yes, we host regular resident events. This is a great way to get to know your neighbors and explore the community!
