Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date.

Conservice Billing Fee (Required): Resident cost $4.50/month, Owner cost $4.50/month - Paid to Community

Pet Rent (If Applicable): $45.00/month per pet - Paid to Community

Additional Deposit: Additional deposits may be required based on screening results. Minimum additional deposit amounts are $300 for 1-bedroom homes, $400 for 2-bedroom homes, and $500 for 3-bedroom homes. Total security deposits shall not exceed one (1) month's rent - Paid to Community

Noncompliance Fee: $50.00-$250.00/occurrence - Paid to Community

Smoke Alarm Tampering: $250.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
