Additional Deposit: Additional deposits may be required based on screening results. Minimum additional deposit amounts are $300 for 1-bedroom homes, $400 for 2-bedroom homes, and $500 for 3-bedroom homes. Total security deposits shall not exceed one (1) month's rent - Paid to Community
