Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000.00 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Standard Monthly Costs

  • Trash Fee: $18
  • Internet/Cable : $100.00
  • Parking: $30.00/month
  • Conservice Billing Fee: $4.50

Optional Monthly Cost

  • Pet Rent: $25.00/month (per pet, 2 pets max)
  • Master Policy Insurance: $7.00 (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance)

Variable Monthly Costs

Utilities may be calculated based on a formula or allocation method.

  • Administrative Fee: $200 (Non-refundable)
  • Conservice New Account Fee: $10.00
  • Conservice Final Account Fee: $5.00

Situational Fees

  • Transfer Fee: $500.00
  • NSF Fee: $45.00
  • Late Fee is 5% of rent
  • Vacant Service Fee: $50.00
  • Notice Service Fee: $25.00

    • Debit Card: Flat Fee of $9.95
    • Credit Card: 3% of total payment amount
