Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Standard Monthly Costs

• Conservice Billing Fee: $4.50

Optional Monthly Costs

• Pet Rent: $30 (per pet, 2 pets max)
• Master Policy Insurance: $7.00 (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance)
• Storage: $20

Variable Monthly Costs

Utilities may be calculated based on a formula or allocation method.

• Satellite Dish Deposit: $150.00
• Application Fee: $35.00 (per applicant)
• Holding Money: $200.00 (refundable)

• Pet Fee: $150.00 (per pet, 2 pets max. Non-refundable)
• Administration Fee: $200.00
• Conservice New Account Fee: $10.00
• Conservice Final Account Fee: $5.00

Situational Fees

• Transfer Fee: $500.00
• Late Fee: 5% of Rent Due
• NSF Fee: $35.00
• Vacant Service Fee: $50.00
• Notice Service Fee: $50.00
