At Lakeview we offer a variety of amenities including a gym, pool (coming soon), on site laundry facilities, dog park, and more!
To ensure our front desk runs smoothly and our team can focus on serving you, our residents, we are unable to accept personal mail or packages on behalf of residents. However, our couriers will bring packages straight to your door!
No amenity fee here! Lakeview residents are able to enjoy all amenities free of charge!
Parking & Transportation
Lakeview offers assigned parking!
Our parking spots are currently 'analog'—no charging cables here, but plenty of room for your ride!
At Lakeview, every household gets 1 spot. Any additional spots can be added for an additional fee. Please contact our office for details!

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! Please see our pet policy page for breed restrictions

Application Process
A government-issued ID, proof of income (usually making 3x the monthly rent), a credit and background check, and an application fee of $45 per adult
Yes, we run both credit and criminal background checks.

Residents can submit maintenance request in office, or over the phone during business hours. You can also submit a request online through the resident portal at any time!
