Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

  • Credit Card Payment Processing Fee (Resident Portal): 2.95% of total payment amount, per transation - Billed by Third Party
  • Debit Card Payment Processing Fee (Resident Portal) - Billed by Third Party
    • Transaction Amount < $1,000: $3.95
    • Transaction Amount Between $1,000-$1,999.99: $4.95
    • Transaction Amount: >= $2,000: $9.95
  • Late Fee: 5% of rent balance/occurrence - Paid to Community
  • NSF Fee: $25.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
  • Vacant Service Fee: $50.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
  • Replacement Key: $10.00/occurrence - Paid to Community, Up to $10.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
  • Replacement Fob Device: $75.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
  • Replacement Lock: $35.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
  • Legal Fees: Varies - Paid to Community

  • Lease Termination Fee: One Month's Rent - Paid to Community
