30-DAY MOVE-IN SATISFACTION
Within 30 days of moving into an apartment, if you are dissatisfied with your new apartment home and have notified management, we will make every accommodation to improve your satisfaction. In some cases, you may be released from your lease obligation. Your satisfaction is our goal!
24-HR MAINTENANCE RESPONSE
When you submit a written service request through the resident portal, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within 24 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, you may be eligible to receive a rent credit for each day the request is not acknowledged.
If you lose your keys or lock yourself out of your apartment, we will assist you at no charge during business hours. If you are locked out after the close of business, you (the resident) will be responsible for calling a locksmith.
We will provide you with the opportunity to purchase low-cost renter’s insurance at the most competitive rate...with a guaranteed pre-approval!
