A valid government-issued ID is required to be provided for every person over the age of 18.
Our non-refundable application fee is $95/applicant.
We offer lease terms from 7-15 months.
Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency.
Rent, Payments, & Fees
We offer a convenient way to pay your rent online via the Rent Café Resident App! Through the app, you can choose to pay via ACH bank transfer, or via credit/debit card.
No, utilities are all billed separately from the rent.
Our refundable security deposit is $199 with an approved application. An additional deposit may be required.
Amenities & Resident Services

At this time, we do not offer any package acceptance service.
Parking & Transportation
We offer open and free on-site parking. Detached garages may be available for a monthly fee.

Yes, we are a smoke-free community.
While we encourage you to make your space feel like home, permanent structural changes or upgrades are not permitted. However, you are more than welcome to personalize your apartment with non-permanent decor that aligns with our community guidelines.

Yes, a credit and background screening are a required part of our application process.
