Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Standard Monthly Costs
- Conservice Billing Fee: $4.50/month
- Pest Control: $1.00/month
Optional Monthly Costs
- Pet Rent: $35.00/month (per household, 2 pets max)
- Parking Permit: $15.00/month (per vehicle, up to 2 vehicles per unit)
- Private Single-Car Garages: Detached $185.00/month or Attached $285.00/month
- Master Policy Insurance: $10.00/month (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance)
- Vacant Service Charge: $25.00/month

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)
Applicant has the right to provide Clear Creek Crossing with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Clear Creek Crossing with a PTSR, Clear Creek Crossing is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Clear Creek Crossing to access or use the PTSR
