• Master Policy Insurance: Resident Cost $10.00/month, Owner Cost $7.00/month (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance) - Paid to Community
• Parking: $15.00/vehicle/month - Paid Directly to Provider
• Carport Rental: $75.00/month - Paid to Community
