Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

  • Parking Permit: $10.00/vehicle (Limit 2 per household)
  • Garage: $150.00/month - Paid to Community
  • Master Policy Insurance: Resident Cost $10.00/month, Owner Cost $7.00/month (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance) - Paid to Community
  • Bulk Internet: Resident Cost $48.00/month, Owner Cost $38.00/month - Paid to Community

Utilities may be calculated based on a formula or allocation method.

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)

Applicant has the right to provide Encore Evans Station Apartments with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Encore Evans Station Apartments with a PTSR, Encore Evans Station Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Encore Evans Station Apartments to access or use the PTSR
