Renter's Insurance
Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

- Conservice Billing Fee $3.70 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)
- Pest Control $2.00 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)
- Trash: $9.35 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)
Optional Monthly Costs
- Pet Rent: $35.00 (Please see our Pet Policy page for more information.)
- Parking Garage Space: $75.00 1st space, $85.00 2nd space (affordable units: 1st space free)
- ParkM: $8/vehicle (affordable units: 1st space free)
- Storage Unit: $15.00-$45.00
- Washer/Dryer: $50.00 (affordable units only- optional)
- Master Policy Insurance $10.00 (if resident does not provide own policy, see above for more information) (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)

One-Time Charges
- Holding Deposit: $200.00
- Pet Deposit: $300.00 (if applicable)
- Application Fee: $21.00/applicant
- Conservice new account fee $10.00 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)
- Conservice Final Billing Fee: $1.95 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)
Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)
Applicant has the right to provide Diamond at Prospect Apartments with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Diamond at Prospect Apartments with a PTSR, Diamond at Prospect Apartments is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Diamond at Prospect Apartments to access or use the PTSR
