Renter's Insurance
Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Conservice Billing Fee (Required): Resident cost $4.50/month, Owner cost $4.50/month - Paid to Community
Pest Control (Required): Resident cost $2.00/month - Paid to Community
Utility Tax (Required): $4.00/month - Paid to Community

Pet Rent: $35.00/month - Paid to Community
Carport Rent: $35.00/month - Paid to Community
Master Policy Insurance: Resident Cost $10.00/month, Owner Cost $7.00/month (if personal renter's insurance policy is not provided or falls out of compliance) - Paid to Community

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)
Applicant has the right to provide The Knolls at Sweetgrass Apartment Homes with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides The Knolls at Sweetgrass Apartment Homes with a PTSR, The Knolls at Sweetgrass Apartment Homes is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for The Knolls at Sweetgrass Apartment Homes to access or use the PTSR
