• Late Fee: 5% of rent balance or $50.00 (whichever is greater)/occurrence - Paid to Community
• NSF Fee: Resident Cost $20.00/occurrence - Paid to Community
• Vacant Service Fee: Resident Cost $25.00/occurrence, Owner Cost $25.00/occurrence - Paid to Community

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)

Applicant has the right to provide The Meadowmark with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides The Meadowmark with a PTSR, The Meadowmark is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for The Meadowmark to access or use the PTSR
