  • Application Fee: $21.00/applicant

Situational Fees 

  • Late fee is 5% of rent or $50.00, whichever is greater.
  • NSF fee: $25.00
  • Application Fee: $21.00

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)

Applicant has the right to provide The Reserves at Eagle Point with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides The Reserves at Eagle Point with a PTSR,The Reserves at Eagle Point is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for The Reserves at Eagle Point to access or use the PTSR
