Rancho Cielo Senior Apartments shall not be held liable for any mechanical failures that may occur during the use of its products. In the event of such failures, the Customer acknowledges that repairs may be necessary. The Customer understands that mechanical failures may occur as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or environmental factors, and agrees that the Company shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of such failures.
