Pet-Friendly Apartments.    

You have come to the right place with your furry friends!

Crestone at Shadow Mountain is a pet-friendly community; we know you both will enjoy living here. Our non-refundable pet fee is $200 per pet (limit two), and our refundable fee is also $200 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. No weight restriction, however, we do, have some breed restrictions (see below).​

Pet Restrictions:

  • Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard’s, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), Wolf Breeds, American Bull Dog, Karelian Bear Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
  • Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas
  • Exotic Pets / Animals: Including, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas, etc.) Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds.
  • Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
  • $200 non-refundable pet fee per pet, and $200 refundable pet fee per pet 
  • $35 pet fee per pet, per month
