Renter's Insurance

Mission Rock Residential requires residents to maintain active insurance coverage with $100,000 liability protection throughout your residency. You will need to provide proof of coverage prior to lease start date. In the event you do not provide this documentation, you will automatically be enrolled in our master policy.

Charges & Fees Disclosure

Standard Monthly Costs

• Conservice Billing Fee: $4.70 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)
• Pest Control: $5.00 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)

Optional Monthly Costs

• Late Fee: $50 or 5%, whichever is greater
• Carport: $35
• Storage: $25-$55

Variable Monthly Costs

Utility calculations based on a formula or allocation method. (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)

One-Time Charges

• Holding Deposit: $500.00-$700.00
• Pet Deposit: $300.00 (if applicable)
• Garage Remote Deposit: $50 (if applicable)
• Application Fee: $21.00
• Conservice new account fee $15.00 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)
• Conservice final billing fee $15.00 (does not apply to apartment homes in the affordable housing program)

Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR)

Applicant has the right to provide Academy Heights with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Academy Heights with a PTSR, Academy Heights is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Academy Heights to access or use the PTSR
