Pet Restrictions

  • Maximum number of pets: 2
  • Breed Restrictions: Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Akitas, St. Bernards, American Bulldogs, Great Danes, Malamutes and Huskies. Full Blood or mixed at any percentage are prohibited. Please call for further details.
  • Restrictions apply for Exotic Pets/Animals: Including (but not limited to) Snakes, Iguanas and Other Reptiles, Ferrets, Skunks, Raccoons, Rabbits, Piranhas and Birds. Please call for further details.
  • Restrictions apply for Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas. Please call for further details.
  • Other terms: $300 Refundable Pet Deposit. $35 Pet Premium per Househould.
